President Joe Biden is projected to win the Michigan Democratic primary contest, handily defeating challenger Rep. Dean Phillips, D-Minn.
The Associated Press called the race for Biden, who boasted 78.5% of the vote as of press time. Phillips trailed with 2.7%, while 16.2% cast their votes for "uncommitted." Hollywood guru Marianne Williamson earned 2.6%

Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., announced Tuesday that she had cast her ballot for the "uncommitted" option in protest of Biden's position on the war.
