The Trump campaign is alleging CBS News deceptively edited a recent interview with rival Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris, calling on the network ro releasee the full, unedited version.

The campaign particularly pointed to a clip promoting the interview that differed from the full interview that aired.

Host Bill Whitaker brought up U.S. foreign aid for Israel in its war against Hamas and it seemed like the Israeli government isn't listening to the U.S.

“But it seems that Prime Minister Netanyahu is not listening,” Whitaker said to Harris.

In the promotional clip that CBS published on Sunday, ahead the the pre-taped interview that aired Monday night, Harris responds: “The work that we have done has resulted in a number of movements in that region by Israel that were very much prompted by or a result of many things, including our advocacy for what needs to happen in the region.”

In the full interview Harris replies: “We are not going to stop pursuing what is necessary for the United States to be clear about where we stand on the need for this war to end.”

There are also some parts of the full interview segment in which Whitaker does voiceovers while Harris is talking.

“Why did 60 Minutes choose not to air Kamala’s full word salad, and what else did they choose not to air?” Karoline Leavitt, national press secretary for GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump asked Tuesday. “The American people deserve the full, unedited transcript."

CBS as of Wednesday morning did not appear to have provided a public response to the Trump campaign request.
