Trump family hosts 275 Florida Power & Light Company linemen at Trump property in Miami

Former President Donald Trump and his family hosted 275 Florida Power & Light Company linemen at the Trump National Doral Miami Resort free of charge as they prepared for the landfall of Hurricane Milton on Wednesday.

“Honored to have 275 incredible linemen from FPL as they get ready to respond to the aftermath of Hurricane #Milton!” Eric Trump, the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, wrote on X on Wednesday.

“You are amazing and the Trump Family, and [the] entire state of Florida, appreciates you! Enjoy the rooms — they are the best in Florida! Be safe!” he added.

Milton made landfall on Wednesday night as a category three storm and eventually weakened to a category one.
