Trump, Harris shake hands at 9/11 remembrance ceremony in NYC day after debate

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, President Biden and GOP vice presidential nominee Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, were also seated in the same row as Trump and Harris.

Former President Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris shook hands at a 9/11 remembrance ceremony in New York City on Wednesday, the day after their first presidential debate.

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, President Biden and GOP vice presidential nominee Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, were also seated in the same row as Trump and Harris at the event.

Harris, Biden and Trump are scheduled to appear at the Flight 93 Memorial in Shanksville, Pa. later in the day.
