Rep. Blake Moore, R-Utah, was projected to survive a primary challenge on Tuesday evening.

The Associated Press called the race for Moore at 10:41 p.m., with 80% of precincts reporting. As of press time, Moore led with 58.3% against state Rep. Karianne Lisonbee's 41.7%.

Lisonbee ran as a critic of Moore's role in a state committee that reformed redistricting in Utah. Many Republicans have blamed that process for a court ruling that saw the forced creation of a Democratic-leaning district in the state.

President Donald Trump endorsed Moore on Monday.
