RFK Jr. campaign says he's qualified to appear on Texas ballot

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s campaign on Monday announced that he had qualified to appear on the ballot in Texas.

"It's official. Kennedy-Shanahan on Texas ballot! By collecting nearly a quarter of a million signatures in just two months, the campaign has shown it can overcome the most difficult ballot access requirement in the country," said Kennedy campaign press secretary Stefanie Spear.

Apart from Texas, the campaign has officially made the ballot in Utah, Michigan, California, Delaware, and Oklahoma. The campaign also says it has collected enough signatures to appear on the ballot in New Hampshire, Nevada, Hawaii, North Carolina, Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa, and Ohio.

Overall, Kennedy currently averages 10.8% support in a five-way race with former President Donald Trump, President Joe Biden, independent Cornel West, and the Green Party's Jill Stein, according to RealClearPolitics.
