Greta Thunberg quipped back at President Donald Trump on Tuesday after he suggested she needed anger management classes, saying she believed more women like her could help the world.

“I think the world needs many more young angry women, to be honest... Especially with everything going on right now. That’s the thing we need the most of," she told reporters.

Thunberg was released from Israeli custody on Tuesday, following that country's interception of a boat that she and other activists had filled with relief supplies for Gaza.

When pressed on Thunberg's detention, Trump said “[s]he’s a strange person. She’s a young, angry person... She’s certainly different. I think she has to go to an anger management class. That’s my primary recommendation for her.”
