Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper appeared to have flung his drink Sunday toward fans outside of his visitor's suite after his team was shut out by the Jacksonville Jaguars and dropped to 2-14.

A video appears to show Tepper flip his drink – in nearly empty, clear-plastic cup – at Jaguar fans outside of his box after the 26-0 loss, then leave.

The National Football League as of Monday had not publicly said whether is will look into the matter.

The Panthers have struggled since Tepper bought the team in 2018. Since then, the team has amassed the worst record in the NFL, and Tapper has fired three coaches.
