The first Atlantic hurricane of the season, Hurricane Danielle, weakened to a tropical storm. As of Saturday morning, Danielle sustained winds of 70 mph. A new tropical storm named Earl has formed and is heading toward Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands.
