Art Del Cueto: Immigration numbers will drop once incentives are removed

National Border Patrol Council Vice President Art Del Cueto says illegal border crossings will drop once the border bill goes into effect and starts detaining illegal immigrants. “Once the incentive is gone, that you come across and all you have to do is claim asylum and you’re going to get released, that alone will lower the numbers,” Del Cueto explains.
