Biden EPA tells power plants to slash nearly all emissions or close down
On Thursday, Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released its highly anticipated proposal for fossil fuel power plants that would mandate them to eliminate 90% all of its carbon emissions, or be forced to cease operations.
