President Biden and first family members arrived in the Virgin Islands on Tuesday for a tropical vacation in St. Croix -- as much of the country continues to deal with looming domestic issues, including a deadly winter storm that has killed at least 65 people, cancelled more than 10,000 flights nationwide, and left thousands of air travelers stranded since Christmas Eve.
