Biden touts infrastructure bill as America’s comeback

President Biden has promised a comeback in American jobs and infrastructure at Tuesday's State of the Union address. Biden stated, "We're coming back because we came together and passed the bipartisan infrastructure law, the largest investment infrastructure since President Eisenhower's Interstate highway system."
