Bill Gates says mass shutdowns are needed to stop coronavirus spread
Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has been increasingly vocal about America's response to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a Tuesday op-ed for The Washington Post, the tech mogul laid out three major steps the country must take to bring the virus under control and said "the window for making important decisions hasn’t closed.”
