Brandon Judd: Mexican cartels are flooding detention centers to take away border patrol resources

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd says Mexican cartels are purposefully flooding certain detention areas with migrants to divert border patrol resources in order to take advantage of security gaps at the border.
