Buffalo Bills Damar Hamlin voices support for AEDs in school at Capitol Hill

Buffalo Bills Safety Damar Hamlin spoke alongside lawmakers at a Capitol Hill event on Wednesday in support of the Access to AEDs Act. The bipartisan bill, endorsed by the American Heart Association, would bring defibrillators, cardiac arrest training, and CPR training to public and private elementary and secondary schools. Hamlin survived a cardiac arrest during an NFL football game in January due to immediate CPR and AED use.
