The Biden administration has reached an agreement providing Chevron limited authorization to pump oil in Venezuela.

Venezuela will have six-month license to pump oil provided it does not violate U.S. laws, engage in corruption, or abuse human rights. The treasury department, however, says it does not expect the agreement to impact international oil prices.
