Clean-up efforts underway after a magnitude 6.8 earthquake in Ecuador
A magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck southern Ecuador on Saturday afternoon, resulting in at least 16 deaths, 446 injuries, and the destruction of more than 84 houses, according to President Guillermo Lasso and the General Secretariat of Communication of the Presidency of Ecuador.
