Cuomo calls for retired nurses and doctors to serve

Gov. Andrew Cuomo Tuesday called for on retired nurses, doctors and health care workers to enter the struggle against the spreading COVID-19 virus.
Cuomo Monday said all hospitals must increase their capacity by at least 50 percent.
