Ecuador: Prison riot leaves at least 15 people dead, over 20 injured

At least 15 people were killed and 20 injured during a riot in the Latacunga Prison in Ecuador's Cotopaxi Province. According to officials, the casualties are still being identified and counted. Members of the Ecuadorian Police's tactical teams are in the place trying to take full control of the situation. The prison is located about an hour from the country's capital, Quito.
