Elizabeth Holmes to report to prison on May 30 after losing last minute legal bid
On Tuesday, Theranos founder and convicted fraudster Elizabeth Holmes was ordered to report to prison on May 30 after an appellate court rejected her bid to stay out of prison while appealing her conviction. Last year, a California jury sentenced Holmes to 11 years and three months in prison on four counts of defrauding investors in her blood-testing company sham.
