Elon Musk announces Twitter rebrand

On Sunday, Elon Musk announced that he is rebranding the Twitter website to "x.com," with the new logo being transformed from a blue bird into a "black and white X." On Monday, the X started appearing at the top of the website while the phone app still displays the Twitter bird. Musk's headquarters in San Francisco had the design for X projected onto the building. The re-brand in another in a long line of changes that Musk has implemented on the site since he bought it for $44 billion last year.
