Fatalities reported in attack on Kyiv suburb, officials say

At least four people were killed, and at least 31 others injured, in a strike on a suburb north of Kyiv on Wednesday, November 23, police said. Kyiv’s head of police Andriy Nebytov said a missile hit the Vyshhorod region on Wednesday. Six children, including a five-year-old girl, were injured in the shelling, Nebytov said. Elsewhere in Kyiv, an administration building, warehouse and garages were also hit, Ukraine’s State Emergency Services said. This footage shows crews responding to a burning residential building in Vyshhorod.
