Georgia: DA says Graham has "extreme position"

The Fulton County district attorney's office in Atlanta is asking a federal court to force Senator Lindsey Graham to testify before a grand jury. Fulton County DA says Sen. Graham should not be able to get out of a subpoena to testify.
