‘It’s just a matter of time’: William Trachman warns of danger with unqualified pilots

Mountain States Legal Foundation General Counsel William Trachman says the recent rise in aviation failures shows what happens when airlines prioritize diversity over qualifications. “In the end, there will be an accident. It’s just a matter of time before someone who isn’t qualified to be there is the only person who can respond to a threat and can’t do it, just out of incompetence,” says Trachman.
