Joe diGenova: Merrick Garland has done 'unfathomable’ levels of damage to the Justice Department
Former federal prosecutor Joe diGenova says the Department of Justice needs to be completely reorganized following Attorney General Merrick Garland’s reign. “What in the world made these people think that they could change 250 years of jurisprudence and indict a former president of the United States on the worst set of facts you could possibly have and then do the awful, awful thing of raiding his residence? That will go down in history as an infamous moment for the FBI,” he says.
