Louisiana AG Murrill talks about the connections between Missouri v. Biden and NRA free speech cases

Vullo free speech cases being heard before the U.S. Supreme Court this week may end up being “bookends" for identifying government encouragement, coercion, and pressure tactics that cross the line and violate the First Amendment. Murrill says the tactics the Biden administration used to pressure Big Tech into censoring Americans went “well beyond the level of simple persuasion.”
