Lt. Gen. Douglas Sims tells Senate "no hostile intent" from Chinese spy balloon
At the Senate Appropriations Committee meeting Thursday, Lt. Gen. Douglas Sims addressed the recently shot down Chinese spy balloon saying there was "no hostile act, hostile intent," which was a key factor in allowing the balloon to initially stay afloat.
