Lyft to cut 30% of workforce
According to the Wall Street Journal, Lyft plans to lay off at least 1,200 employees in the rideshare company’s latest round of efforts to cut costs. CEO David Risher announced in a company-wide memo Friday that layoffs would begin next week.
