Michael Waltz: Reforming the State Department is a win for taxpayers
National Security Advisor Michael Waltz celebrates thinning out the State Department as a victory for the American taxpayer. White House officials announced Tuesday that the State Department is set to close 132 offices and eliminate 700 jobs.
