New Hampshire Sen. Debra Altschiller (D) on Thursday compared keeping biological men out of women’s spaces to racial segregation of the Jim Crow era.

Sen. Altschiller claimed HB 148, a bill to keep biological men out of women’s locker rooms and sporting events, is “cut from the same cloth” as Jim Crow laws.
