‘This is the new normal’: NY Gov. Hochul blames recent weather emergencies on climate change

During a press conference in Highland Falls, New York Monday, Governor Kathy Hochul warned citizens to prepare for the worse as severe weather conditions continue to mount across the state. Gov. Hochul tweeted that New York’s three simultaneous weather emergencies were due to climate change.
