New York City Mayor Eric Adams told CNN on Wednesday that he believes Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) is purposely sending migrant buses to cities run by black mayors. Adams questioned whether Gov. Abbott was sending migrants as part of a greater political agenda to undermine black-led cities.
