Ohio distracted driving law to go into effect April 4
Beginning April 4 in Ohio, it will be illegal for a driver to hold a cell phone or electronic device while driving. "This law will clearly save lives. There's absolutely no doubt about it,” Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said at a press conference Monday. Drivers will only be allowed to make phone calls or send texts while stopped at red lights.
