Putin: Ukraine has suffered losses ’10 times’ that of the Russian army

Speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in Russia Friday, President Vladimir Putin said Ukraine is failing to make progress against Russia and has depleted its military equipment in the process. “They have suffered large losses 10 times more than the Russian army and that’s a fact,” said Putin.
