Rep. Andy Biggs: It’s time to get tough on China
Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says President-elect Donald Trump’s plan to impose a 10% tariff on imported goods from China is a good start to combating the fentanyl war. Rep. Biggs says the Trump administration also needs to provide incentives for businesses to relocate from China to the United States.
