Rep. Lofgren: It’s a sad day when a former president commits ‘such terrible things’

Representative Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) told CNN Tuesday that she didn’t “feel joyful” following the announcement of a third indictment against former President Donald Trump. “This is a sad day that an ex-president would have committed such terrible things that the Department of Justice had to bring an indictment,” said Rep. Lofgren. “On the other hand, the good news is we're a country of laws and no one is above the law.”
