Representative Mike Kennedy (R-UT) says his Let’s Get To Work Act would mandate able-bodied SNAP recipients work a certain number of hours to obtain benefits. Rep. Kennedy says soda, candy bars, and other ultraprocessed foods should not be SNAP eligible.
