Russia agrees to reenter Black Sea grain deal
The Russian Defense Ministry announced plans Wednesday to renew its participation in the UN-Turkey grain-export deal to allow Ukraine to export grain via the Black Sea, just four days after suspending its role in the deal. This change comes after Turkish President REcep Tayyip Erodgan spoke to President Putin on the phone.
