Russian upper house of parliament vote to pass LGBT Propaganda Law
Russia’s upper house of parliament, the Federation Council, unanimously voted on Wednesday in favor of enacting a controversial law banning what it describes as, "propaganda," of LGBT issues, pedophilia and gender reassignment in advertising, books, films and the media for Russians of all ages.
