US Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov over the phone on Sunday about the American Wall Street Journal reporter Russia detained, Evan Gershkovich as well as U.S. citizen Paul Whelan. He calls their detention “unacceptable”.
