Sen. Johnson: Biden has all the tools he needs to shut down the border

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) says President Joe Biden doesn't need any authority from Congress to start securing the border. “It is so much easier for a Democrat president to secure the border than a Republican. A Republican president like Trump, he was again resisted by legal groups taking him to court, challenging his every action. Biden might have that, but he’s got Republicans here in Congress that would certainly help him pass any legislation he needs to overcome court challenges,” says Sen. Johnson.
