Seoul Halloween crowd surge kills more than 150
At least 153 people are dead after a chaotic crowd surge in South Korea. The tragedy unfolded Saturday night in Seoul as thousands of party-goers went out to celebrate halloween. But many of them were crushed when a large crowd attempted to move through a narrow alley. CNN’s Paula Hancocks has more on this story.
