Southwest vows to go 'above & beyond' to reimburse stranded passengers
Southwest is promising it will make it up to passengers left stranded during the airline’s massive meltdown. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is warning the company could face tens of thousands of dollars in fines per passenger if they don’t.
