Starbucks workers begin three-day strike at dozens of stores

Starbucks workers in the US began a three-day strike at selected stores on Friday, December 16, as part of a unionization effort, Starbucks Workers United said. More than 1,000 baristas were involved in the walkout, Starbucks Workers United said. Footage by Workday Magazine shows workers striking outside a Starbucks in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Friday morning. This is the second strike in a month by Starbucks workers in the US. On November 17, workers at 110 Starbucks stores held a one-day walkout.
