A New York man filed a class-action lawsuit against Taco Bell Monday, alleging the fast food giant falsely advertised menu items and skimped on fillings. Defendent Frank Siragusa said photos of Taco Bell’s signature Mexican Pizza compared with the real meal he purchased prompted him to file the lawsuit.
