Empower Oversight President Tristan Leavitt says new evidence provided by IRS whistleblowers that proves Hunter Biden lied to Congress during his testimony could set the stage for a potential criminal referral. "I mean [with] Congress, there are often instances where because of an interview, someone might say, 'we don't know what their intent was' or 'this is a gray area.' But these were very straightforward statements that Hunter Biden made. They are very clearly contradicted by the record," he says.
