Ukraine: Russians struggle to define illegally annexed regions

Russian forces driven out of the strategic Ukrainian city of Lyman have moved farther east about 15 miles, according to a senior US military official. In Moscow, Russian lawmakers just rubber-stamped president Putin's illegal annexation of 4 Ukrainian regions, even as the Kremlin struggles to define exactly where those regions are.
