'We're running out of time' to reform Social Security and Medicare, expert warns
Reforming the Social Security and Medicare Trust Funds, which are estimated to be exhausted in the next decade, could be "gradual and phased in" so they "don't take anyone by surprise," says Marc Goldwein, senior vice president and senior policy director, at the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.
