WV AG Patrick Morrisey and over 20 states are suing EPA

Patrick Morrisey, Attorney General of West Virginia, tells Just the News, No Noise that he is leading a lawsuit of about 25 states against the Biden administration’s latest WOTUS ruling.



Morrisey says the recent WOTUS rule is a one-size-fits-all approach to regulating interstate water and it will affect farmers, home-building contractors, and anyone who cares about economic activity.
